Julianne Hertel, CLU®, ChFC®, CLTC®, LACP

Julianne Hertel is the founder and managing partner of Dream Big Wealth Strategies, LLC, a financial and wealth strategies firm dedicated to helping people live with more freedom, purpose, and joy. For more than 18 years, she’s guided clients through her signature Dream Big Blueprint, a holistic process designed to simplify money decisions and align finances with what truly matters most.

Julianne’s passion lies in working with dream chasers and world changers—kind, generous people who want to create impact, leave a legacy, and enjoy the journey along the way. Her clients know her not just as a financial advisor, but as a trusted partner who brings clarity, confidence, and heart into every conversation.

Beyond the office, Julianne is deeply committed to animal rescue, regularly fostering and finding homes for dogs in need. She has fostered over 200 dogs (and a few cats) through Broken Tail Rescue, Inc. She is also passionate about mentoring women in business, lifting others up through coaching, connection, and encouragement. An avid traveler, she believes seeing the world and experiencing different cultures keeps her perspective fresh and her spirit adventurous—values she weaves into her work with clients who also dream big about their futures. She’s on a mission to visit all seven continents (one more to go!) and considers Ireland her second home.

At her core, Julianne believes that when people feel financially empowered, they not only live bigger lives—they give more boldly, uplift their communities, and truly change the world for the better.

Bianca Vareschi

Bianca began her career in the financial services industry in 2000 working in the mutual fund industry. In 2007, she took time off to focus on her family. Returning to the workforce in 2016, she joined Dream Big Wealth Strategies as the Client Service Coordinator. Bianca lives in Millbury with her husband Jim and 3 children Olivia, Liam and Emerson. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking her dog Rocky on walks in the woods.

Gavin Wells

Gavin began his journey with Dream Big Wealth as an intern in early 2025. He is currently enrolled at Worcester State University, studying finance. Originally from North Attleboro, MA, Gavin graduated from North Attleboro High School.

Gavin’s professional journey began at a young age, starting a landscaping company in North Attleboro while still in the 7th grade. This early entrepreneurial experience laid the foundation for his work ethic and business mindset. Later, Gavin worked at Cambridge Capital as a property manager, further developing his financial and entrepreneurial experience.

In his free time, Gavin enjoys traveling and playing golf, often going on weekend trips to the Cape and New Hampshire with friends. Gavin loves spending time with his parents, his sisters Emma, Megan, and Norah, and the family dogs Toby and Stanley.
